4 arrested in Ulster brawl over child custody dispute

WAWARSING — Ulster County sheriff’s deputies arrested four people Saturday night stemming from a brawl over a child custody issue.

Jack D. Williams III, 23, of Kerhonkson, and James S. Howard, 20, of Rock Hill, were both charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and other, lesser charges. They were sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail each.

Glen A. Peck, 25, of Kerhonkson, was charged with reckless endangerment, a felony, and lesser charges. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tabitha J. Williams, 26, of Rock Hill, was charged with harassment, a violation.
