"Bad" cholesterol, is actually "good"

Almost always known as the bad LDL-cholesterol because it is the tendency to create the walls of the arteries, causing the blood flow, which often leads to heart disease and heart attacks.

But the researcher Steve Riechman Texas A and M University said, serves a very useful purpose in the LDL. It serves as a warning sign that something is wrong and it gives these warning signs of life. It does its work in a way, it is supposed to.

Led by the University of Pittsburgh study Riechman, Kent State University, the Johns Hopkins weight Management Center and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine colleagues.

They will be examined in the light of the age of 52 adults-60 to 69, which were generally good, but the physically active, and none of them had been involved in the training program.

The investigation showed that, after a fairly strong workouts, the participants, who had been the most muscle mass also had a (bad) LOW-DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN-cholesterol, which, in order to make the best possible Riechman said, a very unexpected result and one that surprised us.

IT shows that you need to get some more muscle mass in LDL. There s no doubt you need both LDL and HDL-and the truth is, (cholesterol) are all good. You can simply can t remove all of the bad cholesterol in the body, without serious problems, he said.

People often say, I want to get rid of all my bad (LDL) cholesterol, but it is, if you did you would die.

Our tissues are cholesterol and LDL to HDL, the good cholesterol. immediately after the repair is done. And add your own blood LDL is better is to build the muscle during resistance training.

The line is that LDL man-of-war-a reminder, that is something is wrong and we must find out what it is, he added.
